In this series, objects were collected from the street and transformed into meaningless hybrid sculptures. Intuitive collection of memories have been re-incorporated as signifiers of a futile and functionless future. The aesthetics is a newly created syntax that concerns material, weight, shape and color that examines wider boundaries of object relations. The pattern in each work challenged the balance between its parts while finding manipulative solutions. Thinking of each statue as an encounter between two different living parts led to physical thinking. The newly created body has its own “life” or “will” that depend on internal materials or external forces. During the work processes the dialogue between me and the bodies' mutual coercion were created and caused difficulties but also aroused my interest in the work.
